Adaptation and Validation of Cyber Incivility Scale in Indonesian Language and Culture with Confirmatory Factor Analysis

This research, divided into two studies, aimed to modify and adapt the cyber incivility scale compiled by Lim Teo (2009) in Indonesian language culture. Study 1, namely process of translating items testing their suitability, involved six translators, three expert reviewers, 10 participants for cognitive debriefing purposes. Meanwhile, 2 232 workers Indonesia who occupied structural leadership positions. At this stage, a trial was carried out. The adapted with confirmatory factor analysis using AMOS version 22. entire adaptation referred procedures 2016 International Test Commission (ITC) Guidelines Adaptation. CFA results showed that measurement model fitted Teo's construct. Overall, research is valid reliable, thus applicable measure context perpetrator Indonesia.
